• A one night’s deposit will confirm your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days prior to reservation date.

• Check in between 3:00pm and 6:00pm unless advance arrangements are made.

• Check out at 10:00 AM.

• No pets without prior approval, a $200.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit will be charged for approved pets.

• Smoking is restricted to the outside area.

• Internet Wireless Service included in both View Suite and Guest house
