- A $100 non-refundable deposit will confirm your reservation.
- The balance of your rental fee is due upon your arrival. Email Us for availability.
- Check in between 3:00pm and 6:00pm unless advance arrangements are made.
- Check out at 10:00 AM.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is restricted to the outside area.
